As our family settled in, we began raising our own meat to ensure we were feeding our kids the way we believed in—animals raised humanely, without hormones or steroids, with respect from start to finish. What started as a personal commitment quickly grew into a passion for ethical, responsible meat production.

We saw a chance to give back to the community that welcomed us, by continuing to provide access to ethically raised animals and high‑quality, trustworthy meat.
